At halohair.pk, we are committed to providing a hassle-free online shopping experience for Hair Replacement Systems and Hair System Accessories in Pakistan. If you're not satisfied with the product you’ve received, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Product not as advertised – The item you received is significantly different from what was shown or described on the website.
  • Incorrect order – You received the wrong size, specification, or color.
  • Product is defective or damaged – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Return Conditions

Please ensure the following conditions are met when returning or exchanging an item:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • Hair systems must not be cut, styled, washed, glued, or worn.
  • For hygiene reasons, used hair systems or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Form Included

A Return & Exchange Request Form is included in the product box. To process your return smoothly:

  • Fill out the return form clearly with required details.
  • Include the completed form inside the return package.
  • Send the product back using a secure and trackable courier service.

If the form is misplaced, you can request a digital copy by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Items purchased during special promotions, discount offers, or sale periods.
  • Customized orders (e.g. custom hair colors, grey percentage, base sizes).
  • Hair systems that have been altered or worn.
  • Opened or used adhesive products, tapes, or solvents.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Share your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof if applicable.

Shipping Charges
